They will be giving an informative talk about their charity work with animals around the world and also talking about their Vegan journey, revealing their cruelty free beauty products. As a model Victoria is known for appearing in the Guinness commercial and also being the ‘Birds Eye Pea’ girl in their TV commercial.

In 2011 Victoria climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for the children’s charity ‘Flying Kites’, and in 2012 was a contestant in ‘Total Wipe-out’ for BBC1, and ‘Big Brother’ on Channel 5.

Victoria is proud mummy to 5 dogs and was voted Europe’s sexiest vegetarian 2007 as voted online be PETA supporters.

VV- So Victoria have you left the glamourous modelling life behind completely or do you still manage to fit some in?

VE- I’m lucky to be able to dedicate most of my time to animal rescue in some shape or form but yes I still model. I will be walking the runway at the ideal home exhibition in March in London.

VV- So vegan wise can you describe your current diet?

VE- My current diet is 100% vegan and will be until the day I die.
My typical day’s diet would be fresh juice in the morning. Something like ½ a pineapple, 2 apples, strawberries, blueberries, one cucumber and 4 sticks of celery.  In the afternoon when I’m home which is most days I may have tofu stir fry, vegan burger no bread and huge salad or Spinach lasagne from the night before. If I’m out for lunch I may go to Wagamama for Tofu Phad Thai no egg or go to Mildred’s in Soho for a huge salad or vegan burger no chips.

For dinner I may have homemade stew, homemade Spinach gluten free lasagna, and roasted veg on a bed of fresh spinach.

VV- Why did you go Vegan?

VE- I turned vegetarian at age 6 which was triggered by my father bringing home 2 tiny cute chicks. I asked my parents a lot of questions and refused to eat meat which was a bit of a rarity for a child in the 70s to stop eating meat. I then became a vegan 10 years ago after hearing Viva! Founder Juliet Gellatley giving a speech on the ‘Dark side of Dairy’ I immediately gave up dairy and I haven’t looked back.
