Juliet Gellatley – "David vs Goliath: The Vegan Movement Taking on the Meat Industry"
Juliet Gellatley, founder and director of Viva! UK, Viva! Poland, and Viva! Uganda, will provide an eye-opening insight into the UK’s vegan movement and the tactics used by the trillion-dollar meat industry. Her talk promises to be both inspirational and energizing, offering a unique perspective on the challenges and successes of vegan activism.
Heather Mills – "Heather Bites Back"
Heather Mills, renowned vegan business entrepreneur and Patron of Viva!, will share her remarkable journey and discuss how she’s empowering vegan entrepreneurs to thrive. As the owner of VBites and Alternative Stores, Heather's story is one of resilience and innovation, offering practical advice and inspiration for those looking to make a difference in the vegan business world.
Randal Plunkett, Lord Dunsany – "The Magic of V-Wilding"
Randal Plunkett, Lord Dunsany, will delve into the incredible transformation of the Dunsany estate through vegan rewilding. As a member of one of Ireland's oldest families, Randal has turned his historic estate into a beacon of environmental restoration. He will discuss the importance of vegan rewilding, nature's adaptability, and offer a critical view on the concept of ‘regenerative grazing’, which he sees as a rebranding of outdated practices. His work is now the focus of a major documentary, highlighting the impact of "V-Wilding."

The TRILOGY OF TALKS event will include breaks between speakers and a Q & A session, giving attendees the chance to engage directly with these influential figures. Viva! will also have stalls on site, offering information on key campaigns, merchandise, and copies of our latest cookbook, Everyone Can Cook Vegan.
