My Very First BLOG!

Well hello!

This is my very first blog!

How cool is that!!

Someone told me a few years ago that blogging was gonna be huge & I must get a blog - but I just never got round to it - but now I hope that you will find this of interest and enjoy finding out whats going on behind the scenes with VeggieVision - the only internet TV station thats based in the UK, suitable for everyone about everything veggie n vegan !

I just looked back in my diary for 2005 and it was great to see so much going on with VeggieVision from where it all began.

Well where to begin?


VeggieVision kicked off in 2005 with wonderful support and feedback - everyone wanted more!

Over 2005 we filmed -

everyones favourite - Joanna Lumley,

hilarious comedian Sean Hughes,

Wendy Turner-Webster (Pet Rescue),

actress Carol Royle (new BBC drama coming soon) and

actress Rebecca Callard (the Borrowers)

Vanessa, Amy, Genene and I had a super full on day filming Vegan cook and writer Tony Bishop Weston, leading vegan expert James Gold and more on location with thanks to super Sophie and Stephen Fenwick-Paul


Dan, Jeff and I had a right laugh filming with Jerome Flynn in Brighton - we had so much yummy vegan food given to us that we could hardly move!


Dom and I enjoyed filming with super cool Benjamin Zephaniah too - Benjamin calls up every now and again - he is such a great guy


Dan came down and filmed the recent Essex Veg Fest - as it was far too hectic we didnt get to do any interviews on the night - but Dan being the fab guy he is still managed to put together a funky little mini programme - which is coming soooooon!


When Kate Russell from the
BBC picked up on VeggieVision everything went crazy! It was wonderful and very difficult to keep up with the massive amount of hits!

Kate was really impressed with VeggieVision - she even asked for tips for her veggie boyfriend and has kept in touch since.


I gave a few interviews on various radio stations about VeggieVision and as well as some great write ups in the veggie media & Essex media we were mentioned in The Mirror too!


There are soooo many people to thank - for their amazing support, time and dedication and making VeggieVision work - the amount of preparation and time that goes on behind the scenes is amazing - you just wouldnt believe it! I am so grateful to everyone for what they have put in to get it off the ground :-O)


Ok, so I have gone on long enough and I really do have shed loads of work to do so I am gonna love you and leave you now.

I hope that you enjoy the blog, enjoy VeggieVision and live with passion (ok I couldnt leave without one mention to Tony Robbins my hero!
